How long does the audit take?
The initial audit takes 2–5 business days depending on company size. The result is a written report with priorities, risks and a clear estimate of next steps.
Do you only work with Microsoft environments?
No. We primarily run Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, but we support mixed environments, Linux server workloads, and a range of firewall and network vendors.
How is support billed?
A fixed monthly retainer per user and device — no per-incident billing. Out-of-scope work is proposed and approved in advance.
Do you sign an SLA?
Yes. Every engagement begins with a documented SLA defining response time, priorities and measurable metrics.
What does the handover from the previous IT look like?
Onboarding runs off a defined checklist: documentation, access, known issues, backup state, licenses. The client never goes a day without support.
