Before you ask about price

Why isn't there a fixed package?
Because companies aren't the same. 20 accountants and 20 call-center agents have completely different risks, network load and response requirements. A single number would either be inflated or unserious.
What drives the price most?
User and device count, servers/VMs, sites, M365/Entra complexity, response and coverage requirements, and any business-critical line-of-business apps.
What's fixed, what varies?
Fixed: the monthly retainer — you know the run-rate upfront. Varies: projects (migrations, hardware purchase, new setups) — always proposed and approved in advance.
How long is the contract?
Typically 12 months, with quarterly scope reviews. Longer contracts mean more stable pricing.
